FeedTrip is a service operated by Somestrat Consulting, registered in Belgium under company number BE 1033.472.840 (“we”, “us”, “FeedTrip”). These Terms govern your use of the FeedTrip website and app.

By creating an account or using FeedTrip, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

FeedTrip lets you submit a TikTok or Instagram link, and uses AI to extract the places mentioned, so you can save them into trips and plan your travels. FeedTrip does not host or redistribute TikTok or Instagram videos. It analyses the content you choose to submit, links back to the original post, and keeps a copy of that post’s cover image so your saved places stay recognisable after the post itself is gone.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to use FeedTrip.

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular you will not:

You keep ownership of the trips, notes and images you create or upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and display that content solely to operate the service for you. You are responsible for the content you submit.

Place extraction is powered by automated AI and may be incomplete or inaccurate. FeedTrip is a planning aid: always verify opening hours, locations and details before relying on them. We do not guarantee that any place is accurate, available or suitable.

FeedTrip offers a free plan with a monthly limit (currently 3 extractions per month) and no limit on trips. FeedTrip Pro raises the limit to 50 extractions per month and adds day planning (Plan my day), for 9,99 € / month or 59,99 € / year on the web. In the iOS and Android apps the price is the one shown on the subscription screen before you confirm, in your own currency. The monthly extraction allowance renews once a month, on the day of the month your account was created, or on your subscription's renewal day once you subscribe, and does not carry over.

How you are billed depends on where you subscribe. On the web, payment goes through Stripe. In the iOS or Android app, the purchase is made through Apple’s App Store or Google Play, and your Apple or Google account is charged. Either way the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until cancelled, and prices include applicable taxes where required.

You can cancel at any time, in the place the subscription was bought: a web subscription from Profile → Manage subscription, and a subscription bought in the app from your Apple or Google account settings. We cannot cancel a store subscription on your behalf. Your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not provide pro-rated refunds for the remainder of a period unless required by law. Refunds for a purchase made through the App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms.

As a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Because FeedTrip Pro is a digital service that starts immediately, by subscribing you expressly request that it begins right away and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has been provided. You can still cancel future renewals at any time.

We work to keep FeedTrip available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, add or remove features, and may change plan limits or pricing: any price change will apply to your next billing period and be communicated in advance.

To the extent permitted by law, FeedTrip is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on AI-generated results. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Belgian law.

You may stop using FeedTrip and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Belgian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
